  4. you can skip this process if you're using canned sausage gravy
  5. Combine all ingredients in the riccota section and stir
  6. scramble eggs and fry till done, cut in to strips
  7. cut Brie as best as you can into strips
  8. preheat oven to 375°F
  9. Using a lasagna dish, play for a little full of sausage gravy on the bottom of the dish.
  10. Place lasagna noodles on top of sauce, coat a layer of riccota on the noodles.
  11. on that layer add some of the eggs, mozzerella, parm, and Brie chz.
  12. repeat process till you run out of supplies or your pan is full, generally two or three layers.
  13. make sure to save some mozzerella and park for the top of the lasagna
  14. once all is done, place foil on top of the pan
  15. place in oven for 30 minutes.
  16. remove foil, return to oven for 15 minutes till chz is melted/browned
  17. let stand for ten to twenty Minutes, then cut and serve
