  3. Heat oil and ghee together Add chopped onions Saute for 2min add ginger and garlic paste.
  4. Now add the marinated chicken.
  5. Take Kadai to add oil, garam masala, and washed the rice Mix well, and add 4 cups of hot water.
  6. Add lemon juice, and chopped coriander leaves, and sprinkle biryani masala.
  7. Mix well, close the lid and cook for 10min, the first 5 mins on high flame and the next on low flame.
  8. Mix well so that chicken n rice is mixed properly.
