- Repeat the same process with the rest of the sausages. Now heat some water in a pan. When the water starts boiling gently place the packed sausages one by one into the water. Donot over-crowd it. Cook them over a low flame for about 12 mins. Then remove them gently and remove the aluminium foil from them.


- Your sausages are now ready. When it cools down, wrap them separately with aluminium foil and you can keep them in a freezer and store them for a week. Whenever required remove them half an before cooking, cut them into 1 inch slices, now cook/fry them as required.
