- 1/2 cup tamarind pulp
- 8 seedless date
- 4 tbsp sugar
- Pinch salt
- Pinch red chili powder
- Pinch chaat masala
- Green chutney
- 1 cup coriander leaves roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup mint leaves roughly chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 green chillies
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tamarind pulp
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp boiled potato cubes
Instructions to make to make Meethi puri
- Method for Golgappy:
Mix all together and Knead a dough. Rest for 30 minutes. Then make a big and thin roti. Cut with cutter and deep fry the gulguppa puri in hot oil on low Flame. - Method for date chutney
Blend all the ingredients and cook on Flame till chutney thick. - For sweet yogurt: Blend all the ingredients.
- For green chutney: Blend all the ingredients.

Place a golgappay in a plate. Add in chickpeas, potatoes, greenchutney,sweet yogurt and date chutney. Sprinkle chaat masala. Serve
