  16. 1 poa yogurt
  17. 10 tbsp sugar
  18. For date chutney
  19. 1/2 cup tamarind pulp
  20. 8 seedless date
  21. 4 tbsp sugar
  22. Pinch salt
  23. Pinch red chili powder
  24. Pinch chaat masala
  25. Green chutney
  26. 1 cup coriander leaves roughly chopped
  27. 1/2 cup mint leaves roughly chopped
  28. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  29. 2 green chillies
  30. 1/2 tsp salt
  31. 1 tsp sugar
  32. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  33. 2 tbsp tamarind pulp
  34. 1/2 cup water
  35. 2 tbsp boiled potato cubes

Instructions to make to make Meethi puri

  1. Method for Golgappy:
    Mix all together and Knead a dough. Rest for 30 minutes. Then make a big and thin roti. Cut with cutter and deep fry the gulguppa puri in hot  oil on low Flame.
  2. Method for date chutney
    Blend all the ingredients and cook on Flame till chutney thick.
  3. For sweet yogurt: Blend all the ingredients.
  4. For green chutney: Blend all the ingredients.
  5. Assembling
    Place a golgappay in a plate. Add in chickpeas, potatoes, greenchutney,sweet yogurt and date chutney. Sprinkle chaat masala. Serve
